Export Control Laws:

<key activities / role and responsibilities>

  • Development of spacecraft mission and system design
  • Requirements derivation and CONOPS definition with Mission team.
  • Perform and maintain satellite system design, model and analysis
  • Trade-off and control platform systems budgets e.g. mass, power, data, fuel
  • Generate and maintain mission and system verification and validation plan and tracking verification status
  • Coordinate and work closely with TechLead, Subsystem Lead and the project manager
  • Support the selection and monitoring of suppliers and subcontractors
  • Plan and participate AIV activities including satellite assembly, integration, functional testing and environmental testing from Space Segment Systems Engineer standpoint

<Mandatory>

  • Possess more than 3 years of experience in space system projects.
  • Possess system-level knowledge of space system design.
  • Have practical experience in at least one phase of the lifecycle from requirements definition to verification.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to adapt to rapid environmental changes and incorporate these changes into work schedules.
  • Possess business-level Japanese proficiency to communicate effectively with Japanese AIV team members.

<Desirable>

  • Knowledge of commonly used engineering and modelling packages (e.g. ModelSim, Matlab, STK) and/or experience with model based system engineering.
  • Knowledge of the area around debris removal including: licensing, export, regulation, space law.
  • Knowledge of past missions of relevance: RemoveDebris, CleanSpace / ESA projects e.g. e.DeOrbit, DEOS, HTV, ATV, ETS-7
  • Possess English proficiency equivalent to a TOEIC score of 700 or higher.

<職務内容 活動/役割・責任>

  • 要求定義を含む、宇宙機のミッションおよびシステム設計を実施する
  • ミッションチームと協力して、ミッション要求からCONOPS (Concept of Operation) を導出し、定義する
  • 衛星システムの設計、モデリング、諸解析等の実施と最新状態を維持する
  • 質量、電力、データ、燃料などのシステムバジェット管理とトレードオフを行う
  • ミッション&システムの検証試験及び妥当性確認試験の計画策定と最新化、及び検証状況の追跡管理を行う
  • TechLead, サブシステムリードおよびプロジェクトマネジャーと密接に協力する
  • 協力業者や下請け業者の選定や管理につき調達部門を支援する
  • 衛星システムの組立、機能試験、環境試験等を含むAIV(組立・インテグレーション・検証)の計画と実施Space Segment Systems Engineerの立場で参加する

<必須条件>

  • 宇宙システムプロジェクトに3年以上の経験を有すこと
  • 宇宙システム設計のシステムレベルの知識を有すること
  • 要求定義から検証までのライフサイクルにおいて、一つ以上のフェーズの実務経験を有すること
  • 急速な環境変化に対し柔軟な適応力を備え、作業スケジュールにこれらの変化を取り込むことができること
  • 日本人のAIVチームメンバーとの意思疎通のため、ビジネスレベルの日本語能力を有すこと

<望ましい条件>

  • 一般的に使用されるエンジニアリングおよびモデリングパッケージ (ModelSim、Matlab、STKなど) の知識、またはモデルベースシステムエンジニアリングの経験
  • 宇宙デブリ除去に関する許可制度、輸出入、法規制、宇宙法などの知識を有する
  • デブリ除去や RPO にかかわる宇宙ミッション (RemoveDebris, CleanSpace / ESA projects e.g. e.DeOrbit, DEOS, HTV, ATV, ETS-7など) の知識を有する
  • TOEIC700点相当以上の英語能力を有すこと
