Responsibilities

• 通过各种渠道，开发对国际货运有需求的国内外客户，通过建立和不断强化关系来获得客户更多销售机会，完成销售目标和销售预算 - By setting up and continuously strengthen relationship to get more customers and sales opportunities, through various channels to develop domestic and overseas customers. Achieve sales target and budget
• 自主安排客户拜访，了解客户需求，并给出专业化的解决方案 - Plan and execute the customer visit. Collect customer needs through visits and provide professional solutions to customers.
• 根据公司的销售策略对客户需求进行报价和修订价格，按要求完成客户信息的CRM系统录入 - Arrange the quotation and revision of price according to the company development strategy. Duly input the customers’ information into CRM system
• 积极反馈客户和市场动态，分析和管理客户数据，以衡量自己的业绩并发现客户的新趋势、新情况，并决定将采取什么样的行动计划 - Positively feedback customer and market information, analysis and management of customer data, measure own performance and find new trend of customers, decide correct action plan
• 和相关部门保持良好的合作关系，确保及时解决客户的各种问题，提高客户满意度 - Cooperate with relevant departments, make sure that customers‘ problems can be solved as soon as possible to achieve high customer satisfaction
• 根据销售业绩实际情况和市场动态，制定销售部门预算，控制销售成本，并及时作出预算调整及改进方案 - According to the actual circumstance of sales and market dynamics, set out sales departmental budget, control selling cost, budget adjustment and put forward improvement program
• 协调公司内部各部门，进行有效沟通，以最大限度配合业务开展，持续推进销售目标、策略的有效进行 - Have effective communication and coordinate with internal departments, Cooperate with the business to the largest extent, continue to promote the sales target and strategy effectively
• 个人与部门的应收账款控制，对销售人员进行专业销售培训及跨职能业务知识培训 - Control personal and departmental accounts receivable, professional sales training and cross-functional business knowledge training for sales staffs
• 完成管理层布置的其他工作 - Responsible for the other works assigned by management

Qualifications

• 十年以上在国际型物流货运公司的从业经验 - 10+ years of management experience in international forwarding companies
• 本科学历及以上，工商管理或者相关专业 - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Management
• 良好的英语口语及书面能力 - Fluent in English both in writing and speaking
• 良好的中文口语及书写能力 - Fluent in Mandarin both in writing and speaking
• 熟练运用办公软件 - Computer Skills: Good Microsoft office operation skill
