Job Description

您的主要职责

• Review and modify contracts/agreements from legal perspective
• Coordinate contracts review with relevant parties, issue approved contracts/ agreements by accountable parties like KAM/Commercial, Business Unit heads, legal as well as Automotive President
• Analyse the contract risk and coordinate with each party for any necessary concession upon the feedback from customer
• Provide information of approval process/status of contracts/agreements
• Fill in the contract check list and archive documents of contracts/agreements
• Negotiate contracts/agreements with customers
• Customer e-sign platform management
• Coordinate and maintain the contract management system in accordance with the latest company policies and organizational structure
• Provide training on contract management system and contract related legal affairs
• Support customer risk management to reduce bad debt and overdue
• Export control coordination
• Manage contract documents signature and stamp
• Contract files archive
• Authorization management of physical and electronic signatures for contracts
• Make suggestions on other documents from a legal perspective

• Background of law studies
• Excellent English skills
• Fluent in English writing and speaking
• Cooperative & Friendly attitude
• Good communication skills with the relevant department
• Master of Laws, with the certificate of the legal professional qualification of PRC
• Experiences in manufacturing industries
