About the location:

工作职责：

• 与同事和上级合作，确定绩效差距和学习需求。
• 根据酒店服务流程和核心标准为客人提供一个完整并且令人满意的客户体验。
• 清洁并且整理分配的工作区域。 准时出席指定的培训课程。
• 认真学习并且遵守四季所有员工手册上的工作规范和标准。

工作要求：

• 可以全职实习六个月及以上时间。
• 热爱服务业，开朗热情，有良好的沟通和团队协作能力。
• 有良好的英语沟通水平。

Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou occupies the top 30 floors of the main tower of Guangzhou International Finance Center, standing by the scenic Pearl River. The hotel features 344 luxurious guest rooms and suites. Through the full-panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows in each room, guests can enjoy a sweeping view of the city skyline, feeling as if they are "above the clouds". It has 7 F&B outlets in total, including one Michelin One-Star Chinese restaurant and one Michelin-recommended restaurant. It is a stylish gathering spot in the city for exquisite food and wine, perfect service, and a vibrant social atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to identify performance gaps and learning needs.
• Deliver a complete and satisfying customer experience for guests in line with the hotel’s service processes and core standards.
• Clean and organize the assigned work area.
• Attend designated training sessions on time.
• Earnestly learn and comply with the work rules and standards in all Four Seasons employee handbooks.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Able to commit to a full-time internship for 6 months or more.
• Passionate about the service industry, outgoing and enthusiastic, with good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in English communication.
