About the location:

工作职责：

1.按标准完成客房清洁、床品更换、物品补给及垃圾清理。​

2.检查客房设施设备完好性，及时上报故障与安全隐患。​

3.规范管理布草与客用易耗品，做好收发清点。​

4.遵守酒店流程，尊重客人隐私，妥善保管工作用品。​

5.礼貌响应客人合理需求，配合相关部门协作。

6.完成上级安排的其他临时工作。

工作要求：

1.至少1年国际品牌酒店的工作经验。

2.能吃苦耐劳，为人正直，有责任心。

3.良好的沟通能力。

4.具备团队精神。

Join our team

Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou occupies the top 30 floors of the main tower of Guangzhou International Finance Center, standing by the scenic Pearl River. The hotel features 344 luxurious guest rooms and suites. Through the full-panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows in each room, guests can enjoy a sweeping view of the city skyline, feeling as if they are "above the clouds". It has 7 F&B outlets in total, including one Michelin One-Star Chinese restaurant and one Michelin-recommended restaurant. It is a stylish gathering spot in the city for exquisite food and wine, perfect service, and a vibrant social atmosphere.

Responsibilities

1.Complete guest room cleaning, linen change, supplies replenishment and garbage disposal in accordance with standards.

2.Inspect the integrity of guest room facilities and equipment, and promptly report faults and potential safety hazards.

3.Standardize the management of linens and guest consumables, and conduct proper receiving, dispatching and inventory checks.

4.Abide by hotel procedures, respect guests' privacy, and properly keep work supplies.

5.Respond politely to guests' reasonable requests and cooperate with relevant departments.

6.Fulfill other temporary tasks assigned by superiors.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

1.At least 1 year of work experience in an international brand hotel.

2.Hardworking, upright and responsible.

3.Good communication skills.

4.Strong team spirit.
