基地局戦略部 戦略管理課 プロジェクト戦略グループは、楽天モバイル全体の基地局建設計画のプロジェクトマネジメントを行っています。
基地局設置統括部のブレインとして、各部門と連携し、基地局建設の中長期計画を企画します。
経営層に対して建設計画を上申し、楽天モバイル基地局全体の年間予算計画を立案します。
中枢組織として、基地局設置統括部全体をリードしていく組織です。
業務内容
建設計画の企画
中長期計画のプロジェクトマネジメント
年間予算計画の作成・役員承認の取得
必須要件
企画・プロジェクトマネジメント業務に興味がある方
複数の関係部署と連携し、合意形成を図るコミュニケーション能力
PCスキル（パワーポイント、エクセル等）
TOEIC600点または同等の英語力
ビジネスレベルの日本語力（JLPT N1）
歓迎要件
英語を使ったビジネス経験
1年以上の通信業界での勤務経験
