• Help respond to water, fire, and mold damage jobs
• Assist with drying, equipment set up, demolition, and clean up
• Take photos and document work (we’ll show you how)
• Work directly with customers and support them during stressful situations
• Learn industry skills alongside experienced team members
• Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable and ready to work
• Willing to learn new skills (we train you!)
• Comfortable with physical work (lifting, moving, working in different environments)
• Valid driver’s license
• Positive attitude and team mindset

Pay: $20-25/hr Depending on Experience Schedule: Full-time with occasional on-call rotation

Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
