职位描述
负责人形机器人产品质量管理工作，策划产品质量活动，制定产品质量目标； 分解产品质量目标到结构件、硬件、软件、SQE、量产等，确保产品质量目标可落地、达成； 组织各节点质量阀评审，根据数据提供客观的质量评价，预警关键质量问题和风险，有效支持项目阀点评审 负责对产品各阶段的质量问题进行有效的跟踪和管理，并推动解决。 负责产品质量问题的总结归纳，状态汇报，风险预警。
职位要求
本科及以上学历，计算机、电子、自动化、通讯、车辆、机械等相关专业； 5年以上质量改进的工作经验，熟悉生产制造、研发质量、市场质量等各环节； 掌握ISO9001质量管理体系，对体系有深刻的理解； 熟练掌握8D、5why、FMEA等质量工具； 责任心强，具备良好的沟通表达能力与跨团队协作能力。
