QC팀은 환자에게 전달되는 의약품이 정해진 품질 기준을 충족할 수 있도록 반제품 및 완제품의 품질을 확인하고 관리하는 부서입니다. 의약품 제조의 마지막 단계에서 제품의 품질을 과학적으로 검증함으로써, 환자에게 안전하고 신뢰할 수 있는 의약품이 공급될 수 있도록 중요한 역할을 수행하고 있습니다.
QC팀은 GMP 규정과 국내외 공정서(KP, USP, EP 등), 제품별 시험기준 및 시험방법에 근거하여 반제품과 완제품에 대한 품질시험을 수행합니다. 최신 분석 장비를 활용하여 함량, 순도, 유연물질, 용출, 수분 등 다양한 품질 특성을 평가하고, Data Integrity를 기반으로 시험 데이터와 기록의 신뢰성을 철저히 관리합니다.
QC팀의 ‘적합’ 판정은 단순한 시험 결과를 넘어, 환자에게 전달될 최종 의약품의 품질과 안전성을 확인하는 마지막 약속입니다. 정확한 시험과 원칙 있는 품질관리에 책임감을 가지고 함께 성장해 나갈 인재를 기다립니다.
