工作细节

• 为国际学校学生提供个体与团体心理咨询，助力解决学习压力、人际关系等心理困扰；
• 协助开展心理健康课程教学，参与课程设计与授课
• 配合完成心理危机干预，及时关注特殊学生群体
• 负责学生心理档案建立与更新，严守保密制度
• 参与学校心理健康宣传活动，跟进专业领域前沿动态

We are recruiting a psychological counselor at an international school in Changzhou. This is a full-time position, starting from the upcoming school year in August 2025.

It offers the best British and Chinese education in an English environment, preparing students for admission to top universities. Most students attend either British or American universities.

Work details

Provide individual and group psychological counseling for international school students, helping them solve psychological problems such as study pressure and interpersonal relationships;

Assist in the teaching of mental health courses, participate in course design and teaching

Cooperate in completing psychological crisis intervention, paying close attention to special student groups

Be responsible for establishing and updating student psychological files, strictly adhering to confidentiality regulations

Participate in school mental health publicity activities, keep up with the latest developments in the professional field

Requirements

• 心理学专业本科以上学历
• 一年或以上心理咨询经验
• 优秀的英语和普通话沟通能力
• 中英文流利
• Bachelor's degree or above in psychology
• One year or more of counseling experience
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin
• Fluent in both Chinese and English
