Your Key Responsibilities:

-Lead development project to delivery eMotor control product in scope, time, quality and budget for internal and external customers.

-Lead quotation project for order intake by driving technical solution, cost and industrialization planning.

-Ensure project progress and milestones according to internal/external process and derive measures in case of deviations or claims.

-Project presentation, documentation and reports on different levels.

-Engage with Customers to dig business opportunities and product insight.

Your Qualifications:

-Bachelor ’s degree or above with high voltage electronics& mechanical background

-More than 5 years’ experience in Automotive project management

-Proactive attitude to drive for targets, remove barriers and lead team to find solutions.

-Team spirit and good soft skills in communication and indirect reporting management.

-Proficient in English (both oral and written)
