• Program Manager - Connected Operations

  • We are looking for a Program Manager to join our Program and Portfolio Team and work on our cloud connected operations.

    At Philips Sleep and Respiratory Care, we aim to make people sleep and breathe easy through innovative sleep/respiratory therapy devices, patient interfaces and medical-grade artificial intelligence and cloud technology solutions. Our flagship product, the Care Orchestrator, DreamMapper, Sleepware, Omnilab Direct and MaskSelector solutions, are leading software for patient engagement and management solutions in the patient's sleep therapy journey through platformization. Our customer base spans to more than 65 countries globally and serve millions of patients.


  • Leading global projects including initiation, release, launch and maintenance while having an end-to-end scope (Customer needs and commitments, Sales, Service & Support, Marketing, Product Management, R&D) and focus on Quality and Regulatory compliance.
    Successful project managers utilize (business) risk management, resource management, change management and project management in all its aspects. You will work with many (senior) stakeholders across businesses, cross-functions, locations, and cultures
    • Formulating - and executing the integration project plans in consultation with business partners, management and managing all stakeholders involved.
    • Following through on the program delivery in terms of quality, time, budget, communication, information. Report out on progress and any changes made to the initial plan.
  • Own delivery execution across planning, build, test, release, and operate stages in a DevSecOps environment and Connected projects.
  • Orchestrate work across product, engineering, platform, security, compliance, and operations teams.
  • Ensure security, privacy, quality, and regulatory requirements are built into backlogs, pipelines, and Definition of Done.
  • Facilitate continuous planning and prioritization across teams (features, enablers, tech debt, risk remediation).
  • Coordinate release readiness, including approvals, evidence, rollback strategy, and production monitoring.


To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • 8–12+ years of experience in software delivery, program management, or technical project management.
  • Proven experience operating in Agile / DevOps / DevSecOps environments
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native delivery, and platform-based development.
  • Experience managing delivery in regulated environments (medical, healthcare, industrial, finance, or similar).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complexity, dependencies, and risk at scale.
  • Experience with delivery metrics, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making.

Preferred:

  • Experience with SAFe, Lean Portfolio Management, or large-scale Agile frameworks.
  • Familiarity with ISO 27001, MDR, NIS2, SOC2, or equivalent standards.
  • Experience collaborating with security, compliance, and audit teams.
  • Background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), DevSecOps tooling, and automation.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jira, or equivalent.
  • Systems thinker who optimizes flow, not local efficiency.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influence without direct authority.
  • Comfortable balancing speed, risk, and compliance.
  • Data- and evidence-driven decision maker.
  • Calm executor in complex, high-visibility environments.
  • Champion for automation, standards, and continuous improvement.


How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
