Job Description

• Implement and execute marketing activities effectively and with high efficiencies, such as merchandising program, trade promotion, consumer/ customer activation, activities at hos, clinics, and as assigned by SPM; deploy these programs with sales team; follow up and keep track of activities regularly.

General Responsibilities

  • Organize Product Group Meeting (PGM) to HCPs and consumers by preparing slides and making presentations, ensuring appropriate procedures.
  • Conduct product training, product test, role-play for salesforce on regular basis.
  • Develop hospital channel by managing tender listing in hospital, apply and follow up a tender submission, analyze market demand/ trend, competitor’s activities, strategize to improve business, and MR efficiency.
  • Develop promotional materials and manage the plan to ensure the quality of execution.
  • Organize customer conferences with logistic arrangement and preparation as venue, meal, POSM, invitation, preparing slides, and making presentations.
  • Coordinate with MD, RA, Legal, Procurement, FA, or other functional departments… to get approval or processing of all proposal, promotional materials, conference, event; follow up the registration status, the purchasing process of essential materials or required services as planned.
  • Prepare payment voucher (PVs) of related marketing activities and coordinate with Finance Accounting and other functional departments to ensure all essential documents as PVs, contracts, proposal to be approved/proceed as planned. • Keep track of all assigned activities and report to SPM regularly or as per request.
  • Execute tasks that assigned by SPM

Functional Skills and Knowledge

  • At least 2 years of experience in similar positions
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Capable of managing and prioritizing competing issues.
  • Proficient in Vietnamese language (verbal and written). Good communication in English is preferable.
  • Capable of working independently and as a part of a team.
  • Hard working, eager to learn, and trustworthy.

Education


  • Bachelor’s degree required. Background in Medicine or Pharmacy is a plus.
