職種:プールスタッフ(パートタイム) 職務概要

ゲストが安全で快適にプールエリアを利用できるよう、環境の整備とサービス提供を行います。清掃、タオルの補充、安全確認、ゲスト対応などを通じて、心地よいリゾート体験をサポートします。

主な業務内容

プールエリアの清潔さ・安全性を常に維持し、オープン/クローズ準備を実施

タオル、ドリンク、アメニティの補充および在庫管理

ゲストからのリクエストや問い合わせに笑顔で丁寧に対応

プールサイドチェアやパラソルの配置を整え、快適な環境を提供

忘れ物・紛失物が発生した際の報告および保管手続き

安全基準およびホテルの規定を遵守し、危険や事故を未然に防止

緊急時にはマネージャーやセキュリティへ速やかに報告

チーム内での協力と円滑なコミュニケーションを促進

応募資格

接客業経験者歓迎(ホテル、リゾート、スパなど)

基本的な英会話スキルがあれば尚可

明るく前向きな接客姿勢とチームワークを重視できる方

Position: Pool Staff (Part-Time) Job Summary

Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming pool environment for all guests. Maintain pool facilities, provide friendly assistance, and uphold the hotel’s service standards to deliver an exceptional resort experience.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and safety of the pool area; perform opening and closing duties

Replenish towels, beverages, and amenities, and manage stock levels

Provide courteous and attentive service in response to guest requests or inquiries

Arrange pool chairs and umbrellas to ensure guest comfort and visual order

Report and manage any lost or found items following hotel policy

Adhere to safety procedures and prevent accidents or hazards proactively

Communicate promptly with managers or security in case of emergencies

Promote teamwork and effective communication within the department

Qualifications

Previous hospitality or guest service experience preferred (hotel, resort, or spa)

Basic English communication skills preferred

Positive, proactive attitude with a focus on teamwork
