职位描述
负责项目日常运营跟进，包含项目进度跟踪、风险同步、各类数据整理归档、会议纪要输出及跨部门沟通对接，保障项目流程顺畅推进。 完成项目数据统计、清洗整理、基础数据分析及台账维护，输出简洁清晰的数据汇总内容。 深度参与项目管理 AI Agent 落地实践：负责 AI 自动周报生成、任务智能拆解、节点进度提醒、Prompt 调试优化、大模型应用迭代，对接飞书、多维表格等内部工具打通能力。 协助搭建轻量化项目管理自动化工作流，梳理项目流程痛点，优化自动化链路，提升项目管理效率。 配合团队完成 AI 工具内测、应用沉淀、案例整理与日常运维支持。
职位要求
工作细心严谨、责任心强，具备良好沟通表达与跨团队协同能力，对数据敏感、做事有条理。 熟练使用 Excel、飞书及飞书多维表格，有项目助理、项目协同相关工作经验优先。 熟悉主流 AI 大模型，有 Prompt 提示词工程、自动化场景搭建、简易 Agent 应用实践经验优先。 学习意愿强、上手快，对AI 赋能项目管理、流程自动化有浓厚兴趣，乐于探索新工具、新工作方式。 逻辑清晰，执行力强，能够主动跟进事项并闭环。
