职位描述 域控代工及结构件采购 1. 负责自研域控制器外协代工合作伙伴(CM)的寻源定点及日常管理 2. 配合研发、质量、NPI团队完成代工及结构件合作伙伴寻源定点，参与产品全生命周期代工厂端管理（NPI导入，量产，改款，EOP售后交付） 3. 推动代工费，结构件降本，完成工程变更下的价格维护及合同签署 4. 协同物流团队下发生产预测，同步代工厂库存及缺料信息给物料管理团队 5. 负责代工厂产能管理及CAPEX、NRE投资判定与合同签署 6. 追踪代工行业趋势，优化代工厂体系，挖掘潜在供应商并配合审核导入 P&L数据跟踪与汇报 1. 负责部门月度P&L数据收集、整理与录入，按时输出汇报材料 2. 实时监控P&L偏差并推动闭环 3. 协助品类负责人跟进P&L改善措施落地
职位要求
职位要求 经验背景 1. 3-5年左右工作经验，供应链、采购、财务、工业工程、材料、机械等相关专业优先 2. 有汽车行业、智 驾/自动 驾驶、汽车电子或消费电子行业实习/工作经验者优先 3. 熟悉商务谈判、采购流程、法律合规视等相关知识 核心素质 1. 对交付结果有ownership，积极推进事项闭环 2. 学习意愿强，能快速理解新领域（域控架构、结构件工艺、P&L逻辑） 3. 对数据有直觉，Excel熟练，能从数字中发现异常，交付物条理清晰、重点明确 4. 有较强的语言表达以及沟通能力，愿意与人积极沟通，能高效联动研发、质量、PM、合作伙伴等多方推动问题解决 5. 有较好的全局观念与团队协作能力
