Job Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities

Drive the growth of the Core Pizza business and enhance brand equity through strategic product portfolio management, effective communication planning, and promotional initiatives. This role requires close collaboration with external agencies and cross-functional teams to achieve both brand and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategic plans for the assigned category, including marketing calendar planning, to build brand equity and achieve sales and profit targets.
* Lead new product development (NPD) and integrated marketing communication (IMC) initiatives, ensuring effective execution and performance tracking.
* Build and sustain brand relevance through festival campaigns and limited-time offers (LTOs), including product and communication planning.
* Propose and manage promotional activities based on financial analysis, align with cross-functional teams, and conduct post-campaign evaluations.
* Conduct consumer research and market data analysis to support business and marketing decisions.
* Manage relationships and deliverables with external agencies to ensure high-quality outputs.
* Conduct weekly and monthly sales and media performance reviews to guide decision-making and identify optimization opportunities.
* A&P management, including planning and monitoring
* Support the Marketing Manager in preparing key reports, presentations, and meetings


Requirements:

1. Minimum education requirement
* Bachelor’s degree required from business/marketing related, MBA is preferred.

2. Relevant experience and basic skills requirements
* At least 6 years related working experience in consumer product marketing fields, FMCG or retailing related experience is preferred.
* Good analytical skills on financial analysis, market intelligence, consumer research, and sales review.
* New product development and project management experience will be plus
* Computer: Proficient PC skills (MS Office related applications)
* Language: English/Chinese fluently in writing, listening and speaking
