Job Responsibilities:

1.擔任客服中心值班主管,指導、支援客服人員電話與文字服務。

2.回覆客服信箱與社群媒體,客訴處理解決。

3.客服後送問題跨部門追蹤處理。

4.客服人員排班,人力資源管理系統/公司內部申請系統操作。

5.客服數據統計,報表製作。

6.協助優化客服流程,如FAQ、話術/資訊整理、人員作業流程等。

7.一線客服人員教育訓練。

8.客服中心行政事務,主管交付任務。


Requirements:

1.客戶服務相關工作5年經驗。

2.熟練使用 MS Office Excel、Word、Outlook,中文打字40字/分鐘以上、英文打字20~50。

3.電話及文字客服經驗,口條佳,良好的文字撰寫及互動表達能力。

4.個性主動積極,有責任感,抗壓性強,樂於教導同仁,勇於處理客訴。

5.擅長數位工具,能快速熟練多項客服系統操作使用。
