职位描述

1、负责全球薪资日常运营，保证薪资发放的准确性和及时性；
2、与薪资供应商紧密合作，确保供应商提供高质量服务；
3、跨部门协作：与人力、财务、法务等相关团队紧密合作，确保权责发生制、供应商付款等流程的顺畅进行；
4、数据分析：协助处理与薪资相关的财务问题，确保数据的准确性和一致性。
5、其他payroll项目
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for global payroll daily operations, ensure high accuracy and timely delivery.
2. Collaborate closely with payroll vendors to ensure high quality service delivery.
3. Collaborate closely with Finance and Treasury team to ensure smooth operation in accrual, vendor payment, etc.
4.Data analysis: Assist in handling financial issues related to payroll to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data.
5. Support payroll projects.

职位要求

1. 本科及以上学历，人力资源管理或数据分析专业优先；
2. 有流利的英语书面和口语能力，能够进行基本的英语沟通；
3. 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够适应快节奏的工作环境，注重细节，结果导向
4. 对数字敏感，具备一定的数据处理和分析能力。
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a major in Human Resource Management or Data Analysis preferred.
2. Fluent in written and spoken English, able to conduct basic English communication.
3. Possess good communication skills and a team spirit, able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment, detail-oriented, result-driven.
4. Sensitive to numbers and possess a certain level of data processing and analysis skills.
