🔍 What You’ll Be Doing
You won't just be running reports—you will be the frontline protector of player health and regulatory integrity for the Danish market:
- Player Behavior Monitoring: Analyze account activity, deposit patterns, time spent on-site, and behavioral triggers to identify early signs of problem gambling.
- Proactive Interventions: Conduct high-level risk assessments and interact directly with players via live chat, email, or phone to conduct welfare checks and suggest limits or self-exclusions.
- Danish Compliance Focus: Ensure all player monitoring and interactions strictly align with Danish Spillemyndigheden regulations and company guidelines.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Customer Support, VIP, Fraud, and Legal teams to escalate high-risk cases and maintain a safe gaming environment.
Requirements
🎯 Who We’re Looking For
Because this role directly impacts player safety and regulatory compliance, the following criteria are essential:
- iGaming Experience (A MUST): Proven experience inside an iGaming environment—specifically within Responsible Gaming / Safer Gambling, or senior Customer Support/Risk roles with strong RG handling.
- Analytical & Empathetic Mindset: You can spot subtle data trends while maintaining a compassionate, non-judgmental approach during player interactions.
- Language Power: Native or C2-level Danish, plus fluent written and spoken English
- Danish Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with the Danish gambling market rules, player protection standards, and self-exclusion tools (e.g., ROFUS).
