インターコンチネンタル札幌では、夏季限定で 9階テラスのオペレーションを担当するフード＆ビバレッジ ゲストサービススタッフを募集しています。

本ポジションでは、レストランマネージャーまたはスーパーバイザーの指導のもと、テラスにてお客様に高品質で温かいサービスを提供し、夏の特別なダイニング体験を演出していただきます。

主な業務内容

• 部門基準に沿った高水準の飲食サービス提供
• テラスにおけるフード・ドリンクのスムーズな提供サポート
• お客様満足度向上のための丁寧で迅速なサービス提供
• お客様からのフィードバックや要望への適切な対応
• 業務上の課題やゲスト対応事項の上司への報告
• テラスエリアの清潔・安全・整理整頓の維持
• チームメンバーとの協力・良好な関係構築
• その他、テラス運営に関する業務全般

応募条件

• 飲食業またはホスピタリティ業界での経験があれば尚可
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力とホスピタリティ精神
• 屋外での季節営業・繁忙環境での勤務に対応できる方
• 英語・日本語：日常会話レベル

Working Hours: 14:30–21:00

What We Are Looking For

At InterContinental Sapporo, we are looking for passionate and service-driven F&B Guest Service Staff to join our seasonal terrace operations on the 9th floor.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering warm, attentive, and high-quality guest experiences in an outdoor terrace setting, under the direction of the Restaurant Manager or Supervisors. You will help create memorable moments for guests enjoying food and beverage service during the summer terrace season.

Your Day-to-Day

• Deliver high-standard food and beverage service in line with departmental expectations
• Support smooth and timely service of food and beverages in the terrace operation
• Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive, friendly, and proactive service
• Respond to guest feedback or concerns promptly and professionally
• Communicate operational issues or guest-related matters to supervisors
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised terrace service environment
• Support team members and foster positive working relationships
• Carry out any assigned operational duties as required for terrace service

What We Need from You

• Previous experience in food & beverage or hospitality is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor seasonal environment
• Basic conversational level of English and Japanese
• Students and interns are welcome to apply
