人力资源专员-国际ops马德里、巴黎校招正式职能类2026届境外校招计划职位描述1. 负责海外属地员工及中国外派员工的HR运营工作，涵盖跨境调动、档案管理、非现金福利落地、供应商管理等
2. 落地符合当地法规及集团标准的HR运营流程（如入职-在岗-离职全生命周期管理）
3. 维护HR系统数据，保障数据完整性，支持海外模块需求分析及功能测试，为总部提供本地数据洞察支持。
1. Manage HR operations for local employees and international expatriates, including cross-border mobility support, personnel file administration, implementation of benefits, and coordination with external vendors.
2. Implement and maintain HR operational processes in compliance with local labor regulations and Group standards, covering the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, employment administration, and offboarding).
3. Maintain HR system data and ensure data accuracy and integrity. Support requirements analysis for global HR modules. Provide local data insights and operational support to Headquarters.
职位要求1. 本科及以上学历应届生；
2. 英语、当地官方语言可作为工作语言；
3. 具备多元文化团队协作经验，强沟通能力和结构化思维能力，注重细节和结果，能协同内外部高效推进项目。
1. Bachelor’s degree or above. This position is open exclusively to new graduates (campus recruitment).
2. Proficiency in English and the local official language as working languages.
