ポジションについて

マーカスエバンズ東京オフィスでは、日々のオフィス運営を支える パートタイムのオフィスアドミニストレーターを募集しています。
管理業務・人事サポート・経理対応など、幅広い業務を通じてオフィス全体のスムーズな運営を支えていただくポジションです。

このポジションで成功するためには、 英語環境で円滑に業務を行う能力と理解力が不可欠です。

本ポジションは、東京オフィスでの対面勤務(出社勤務)となります。

主な業務内容

· オフィス管理および業者対応

· 入社手続き・勤怠管理などの人事サポート

· 請求書・経費処理・銀行関連手続き

· サミットや社内イベントの運営サポート

応募資格/求めるスキル:

· 大卒以上、または同等の業務経験をお持ちの方

· オフィス管理、人事、総務などの関連業務経験(2年以上)

· ネイティブレベルの日本語力およびビジネスレベルの英語力(読み書き・会話)

· 正確性、マルチタスク対応力、優れたコミュニケーション能力

· Microsoft Office、Outlook などの基本的なPCスキル

勤務条件

· 勤務時間: 週4日

· 10:00~17:00をコアタイムとし、勤務時間は柔軟に調整可能

· 雇用形態: パートタイム

· 時給:2,500円

Office Administrator

Marcus Evans, founded in 1983, is a global business intelligence and event marketing company, with 49 offices in 20+ countries. Working across all industry sectors, our Summits division is the global market leader in its field with more than 120 summits across the world. Our events take place at the most prestigious venues in Australia, Japan, Singapore, Switzerland, France, England, and the US.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented part-time Office Administrator to support the daily operations of our Tokyo office.

You will handle a wide range of administrative, HR, and operational tasks, ensuring smooth communication and workflow between our Japan office, regional teams, and external partners.

A strong ability to operate effectively in an English-speaking environment is essential for success in this role.

This is an in-person role located in our Tokyo office.

Key Responsibilities

  • General office administration and vendor coordination.

  • HR and onboarding support (contracts, attendance, payroll coordination).

  • Handling invoices, expense claims, and banking processes.

  • Assisting with summit and corporate event logistics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

  • 2+ years of experience in office administration, HR, or related fields.

  • Native Japanese and business-level English (spoken and written).

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking ability.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and general office tools.

Working Conditions

  • Working Days: 4 days per week

  • Working hours: Core hours are 10:00–17:00; working hours outside of core time are flexible

  • Employment Type: Part-time

  • Hourly Rate: ¥2,500
