实习-NSC售后服务代表宁波校招实习用户与服务 - 用户服务大专及以上Shine校园招聘计划职位 ID:A225672职位描述1. 学习公司的车辆使用,认同公司服务理念,协助服务代表为用户提供“无忧”服务;
2. 协助服务代表对用户的维保需求进行确认;
3. 协助服务代表进行用户关系的维护,保证每位用户都能得到专业而有温度的售后服务;
4. 协助服务代表做好售后服务中心的协调管理;
5. 其他服务代表布置的工作。职位要求1. 27届大专及以上学历;
2. 熟练操作Microsoft办公软件;
3. 持C1及以上驾照;
4. 良好的沟通与协调能力,优秀的服务意识和良好的抗压能力;
5. 有汽车售后服务相关培训及认证更佳。 投递
