Job Description

I am
currently working in partnership with a globally leading technology consultancy
in search of a senior mobile development leader to join their exciting innovative
agile application team.The role has
risen due to the increase in demand on innovation adoption clients and will
offer the opportunity for a passionate technologist to gain a broad range of
project experience across a wide range of industry sectors including
e-commerce, property, insurance, financial services etc.

As the
senior mobile development leader, you will be required to contribute not only
from a team leading perspective but to be a hands on role model for this
team.In addition to delivering exciting
projects, your accountable to inspire a positive culture through an innovative
mindset that showcases a passion for emerging technologies.

With the
role needing hands-on technical skills, proven hands-on experience on
technologies like kotlin, swift, react native is a must, and with this being a
senior role, you'd also be accountable for stake holder management of the
consultancies clients, so direct experience in stake holder management,
preferably from consulting is ideal.

Qualifications

Key Competencies:

• Bachelor degree in
  Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines
• 2+ years of
  experience in mobile application development
• Solid hands-on experience
  in developing hybrid applications using React Native
• Experience in Objective-C
  / Java SwiftKotlin
• Familiar with Agile
  development methodology
• Experience managing
  a small team or offshore team
• Strong communication and soft skills, capable of interacting withstakeholders such as
  different departments of the client, vendors, partners, offshore team
• Strong communication
  skills in both verbal and written English and Cantonese (fluency in
  Mandarin is an advantage)
