职位描述
岗位职责： - 负责前期冲压工艺开发阶段与VME-CCR共同参与开发，导入专业运行经验教训至开发环节，从设计层面提升后期运营可靠性、可维护性，维修运营成本精益性。编制机械、液压、气动专业安装质量标准，验收Check List ,编制新开发设备知识点文件； - 新项目负责监造复杂，关键工艺，新设计独有等重点设备，监督施工质量，对本机械、液压、气动专业进行验收，参与实际问题解决并跟踪经验梳理； - 编制冲压车间机械、液压、气动专业知识点文件、TPM/PM维护标准、负责培训维修人员专业技能提升； - 负责冲压车间机械、液压、气动类专业备件信息统计与梳理，完成运行备品申购； - 协助车间设备经理编制车间设备部门的体系文件，保证各项认证顺利通过，包含不限于TS16949、ISO14001、OHSAS18000、CCC等各项认证体系。 - 日常工作与业务开展始终以Q（质量）/D（交付）/C（成本）提升为管控评价目标； - Q：通过自身专业知识提升编制完善M-FMEA，不断优化机械、液压、气动专业的维护体系PM/TPM ，协助设备经理监督维护实施质量，保证车间工装设备始终处于可靠工艺加工状态； - D：及时响应专业问题解决，不断提升自身专业知识与维护技能，做好本专业的问题解决与根本原因分析及措施落实与验证，不断总结经验教训，保证工厂OEE满足交付要求； - C：通过专业判断与经验总结，不断优化备件申购种类及数量、控制本专业备件库存最低化、负责本专业国产化备件替代开发、技术革新等，不断降低运营成本。
职位要求
1.本科及以上学历；机械、电气及其相关专业； 2.较强的责任感，具有良好的沟通技巧、团队合作意识和学习能力； 3.积极乐观，抗压能力强，较好的适应变化能力。
