职位描述
1、负责新车型的冲压工艺工程开发和导入，包括新模具项目的工艺/结构会签、模具预验收、模具回厂调试和批量投产等，能顺利完成各个阶段的QCT目标。 2、负责推进检具、端拾器、料架、托盘等生产工装的开发。 3、负责量产后现场冲压工艺和模具质量问题的解决、工艺验证及优化，不断改善优化提升模具效率。 4、负责试模调试与问题闭环，分析并解决零件尺寸、表面质量等问题，确保模具顺利交付及量产稳定性。 5、负责工艺文件编制与维护。 6、负责车间产线数字化优化升级，用数字化工具提升业务流程，提高车间运营效率。 7、负责新技术、新工艺的验证、评审、实施。
职位要求
1.本科或以上学历，理工科背景； 2.熟练使用Office、AutoCAD、Catia等软件； 3.诚信、积极、创新、执行力强； 4.团队合作，沟通协调能力强； 5.英语具备读写能力。
