Your Key Responsibilities

• 负责人形机器人关节用 谐波减速器的设计、开发与验证全流程工作。
• 优化现有减速器结构，提升关节 传动效率与 可靠性。
• 负责减速器 材料选型与 制造工艺方案设计，保障产品高性能与可制造性。
• 协同跨团队完成减速器 集成装配与 验证测试。
• 开展机器人关节力学性能分析，解决实际应用问题，提升整机性能。

Your Qualifications

• 机械设计、机械工程等相关专业 本科及以上学历。
• 3 年以上减速器设计经验，具备 RV 减速器、谐波减速器等精密传动装置设计经验优先。
• 深入掌握谐波减速器 设计原理、材料特性及制造工艺。
• 具备扎实 力学与动力学基础，可独立完成减速器静 / 动态仿真分析。
• 熟练使用 CAD、CAE等设计与仿真工具。
• 具备良好团队协作、沟通表达及问题解决能力。
• 有 人形机器人项目经验者优先。
