海外制造质量技工-印尼 Manufacturing Quality Technician-Indonesia

Responsibilities

1、落地代工厂来料检验标准，负责整车/XP自制件来料检查与异常判定；
2、处理来料质量异常，同步国内基地、KD工厂及供应商等责任部门沟通，推动来料问题整改、返工、退换货，形成闭环记录。
1. Implement incoming inspection standards at contract manufacturers; conduct incoming inspections and non-conformance disposition for complete vehicles and XP proprietary parts.
2. Manage incoming quality issues by coordinating with domestic bases, KD plants, and suppliers to drive corrective actions (rework, returns/replacements), ensuring closed-loop resolution with full documentation.

Qualifications

1、熟悉新能源汽车零部件结构与来料检验规范，掌握基础量具使用与质检流程；
2、具备严谨细致的质检思维、基础数据统计与风险识别能力；
3、原则性强、执行力高，能接受倒班质检工作；
4、英语能够作为日常工作语言；
5、有来料质检经验、整车拆装返修经验优先。
1. Solid knowledge of NEV component structures and incoming inspection standards; proficient in basic metrology tools and QC processes.
2. Meticulous quality mindset with foundational skills in data analysis and risk identification.
3. Strong principled approach and execution capability; willing to undertake long-term overseas assignments and shift-based inspection duties.
4. Proficient English as a working language.
5. Prior experience in incoming quality control or complete vehicle disassembly/rework is highly preferred.
