我們正在尋找一位 LLM Engineer，負責打造與維運 企業內部使用的專用 LLM。
此角色將專注於 資料準備、模型訓練、測試、評估與調教，讓模型在特定領域與實際業務場景中穩定、可控地運作，支援內部 AI Assistant 與 Agentic AI 系統。

學歷要求：碩士
科系要求：資訊工程相關 │ 資訊管理相關
相關經驗：3年以上
語言能力：英文 中級

其他條件：
• 良好的 Python 開發能力與 ML / Deep Learning 基礎
• LLM 微調（Fine-tuning / Instruction Tuning） 的實務經驗
• 熟悉 Transformer、Tokenization、Embedding 等 LLM 基本原理
• 資料處理、資料生成與模型評估 的實作經驗
• 能理解業務需求，將其轉換為可訓練、可驗證的模型調整方案
• 具備良好的問題分析能力與跨團隊溝通合作經驗
