职位描述
1、跟踪 Linux mainline 存储 / MM 子系统最新演进（folio、mTHP、large folio、ZNS、FUSE passthrough、io_uring 等），评估落地可行性； 2、调研内存管理、文件系统与存储介质相关领域的最新研究论文，洞察各类“省空间”的方案； 3、针对小米业务负载特征（短视频、游戏、AI Agent 本地化），设计并实现新型压缩 / 去重 / 分层存储方案； 4、构建存储效率量化评估体系（容量、性能、寿命、功耗四维）； 5、向 Linux / AOSP 社区贡献 patch，建立小米在存储方向的技术影响力； 6、与存储原厂共建 OS–Device 协同接口规范。
职位要求
1、计算机系统结构 / 操作系统 / 存储系统方向博士； 2、在 OSDI / SOSP / FAST / ATC / ASPLOS / EuroSys / MICRO / HPCA / ISCA 中以一作发表论文 ≥ 1 篇； 3、熟悉 Linux Kernel 源码，对 MM / FS / Block / IO Scheduler 中任一子系统有深度 hack 经验。 加分项（满足任意一项即可） 1、Linux Kernel mainline 有独立 commit 记录； 2、F2FS / EROFS / Btrfs / XFS 等文件系统社区贡献； 3、熟悉 NAND Flash / FTL / ZNS 内部机制； 4、精通 Rust / eBPF，对 Rust-for-Linux 有贡献。

【课题名称】 面向移动终端的存储效率优化与"存储介质—系统软件"协同研究 【课题内容】 围绕"存储涨价"带来的单机 BOM 压力，从两条主线切入： 1. 存储空间效率（省容量） - 新一代透明压缩文件系统演进：F2FS / EROFS 压缩算法选型（LZ4 / ZSTD / 硬件压缩）、压缩粒度与随机访问权衡 - 应用级冷热数据识别与分层存储（Hot–Warm–Cold–Frozen）； - 系统/应用镜像的块级去重、增量管理与 OTA 瘦身； - Android App Cloning、多用户场景下的 CoW 与共享优化； 2. 存储寿命与性能（省介质、省内存） - UFS 4.x / UFS 5.0 Zoned Storage（ZUFS）与内核 zonefs、F2FS ZNS 协同 - 写放大（WAF）建模与基于强化学习的 GC / Wear-Leveling 策略 - ZRAM / swap-on-UFS 的分级换入换出与功耗/寿命联合建模 - 大内存压力场景下，内存使用效率优化，降低 LPDDR 容量需求
