职位描述
1、负责探索以及分析linux内核业界高价值技术，并进行专项预研； 2、参与当前内核业务的底层性能瓶颈分析，并进行针对性方案设计； 3、负责内核内存管理，进程调度， 文件系统等核心模块的Feature 开发，性能优化，技术方案review。
职位要求
1、精通 C/C++，深入理解内存管理、指针操作等底层特性，具备独立编写高性能代码的能力； 2、深入理解 Linux 内核，至少精通内存管理 / 进程调度 / 文件系统 中某一核心模块的代码实现； 3、扎实的操作系统基础，对内存管理、CPU 调度、存储 IO 有系统性的理解与实战经验； 4、熟悉 ARM 平台芯片及硬件机制者优先； 5、有内核代码提交经验（如社区 patch / 自研内核模块）者优先； 6、具备良好的问题分析与解决能力，拥有较强的学习主动性和技术钻研精神； 7、逻辑思维清晰，沟通表达能力强，能高效参与团队协作。
