Review, draft, and revise various types of commercial agreements. Provide legal advice and risk assessment to ensure compliance and protect the company’s interests. Collaborate with external law firms when necessary for complex legal matters.

Handle different type of disputes. Assess risks and cooperate with external counsel if necessary. Draft and review legal documents such as official letters, pleadings, and settlement proposals.
15%
Response various queries of legal matters across JRGTW’s business operations to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and directions.

Act as bridge between outside counsel and internal departments, balance the legal perspective and business goal

Requirements:
1.Degree in law is a must. Masters, JD, LLM would be a plus
2.At least 1 year law firm or in house working experience
3.Well communication skill
4. Efficient, self-discipline, and detail oriented
