Job Information

Job Responsibilities:

• Support product launch and supply readiness, ensuring smooth market execution
• Coordinate with R&D, SCM, QA, and suppliers to track progress and resolve issues
• Assist in production monitoring, basic troubleshooting, and performance tracking
• Prepare and maintain product documentation (e.g., labeling, registration)
• Support SCM on cost optimization testing for existing products
• Ensure timely updates, risk visibility, and execution follow-up across projects
• Maintain organized documentation and follow standard ways of working
• Identify basic improvement opportunities in efficiency, cost, and processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field

• 2–5 years in R&D / QA or food industry

• Basic knowledge of product development, QA, and regulatory requirements

• Able to drive small projects and coordinate cross-functional teams

• Good communication, detail-oriented, and structured in execution

• Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint; good English and Chinese skills
