Job Responsibilities:
JOB PURPOSE
1.協助主管安排行程及協調安排跨部門會議
2.協助營運相關報表分析、檔案管理及協調總公司與門市/各部門相關營運事項。

營運協調/溝通 (70%)
1.負責營運資料分析與管理，包含JRG及YUM的營運相關報表製作與資料分析
2.協助主管安排行程。
3. 協調溝通與追蹤各部門與門市相關的營運事項。
4. 安排跨部門會議及活動籌辦、記錄。
5. 擬定簽呈、公告。
6. JRG與 YUM之間的聯絡人，協調相關事務。
其他 (30%):
1. 協辦公司活動
2. 專案支援與執行
3. 一般行政工作
