2027届的小伙伴，你好。在中科创达智能汽车事业群该岗位下，你可能会负责如下某一领域工作： 1.负责智能汽车相关业务领域的 Java 技术研发工作，参与智能座舱、智能驾驶、车载信息娱乐系统等软件平台、中间件及 SDK 的设计与开发。 2.负责前沿技术在车载场景的预研与落地，包括但不限于 WebAssembly、Flutter、React Native 等，评估性能、兼容性、资源占用及工程化可行性。 3.负责车载操作系统应用编程框架的设计与开发，包括 JS 引擎集成与扩展、SDK 接口设计、应用生命周期管理、服务注册与发现、跨语言调用机制等。 4.负责操作系统应用层多框架的设计与开发，包括图形系统、多媒体系统、Camera 子系统、通信子系统等，参与框架接口定义、模块拆分与核心功能实现。 5.负责与应用编程相关的工具链设计与开发，包括构建系统、打包工具、调试工具、自动化测试框架、IDE 插件、模拟器及持续集成流水线。 6.负责操作系统应用层相关问题的分析与解决，包括性能瓶颈定位、内存泄漏排查、启动时间优化、稳定性提升及兼容性问题处理。 7.参与车载软件架构设计，推动模块化、组件化和服务化改造，提升代码复用性与可维护性。 编写技术方案、设计文档及测试用例，参与代码评审、技术分享与团队知识沉淀。 福利待遇 1.自有员工，五险一金，13薪，午餐补助/交通补助/误（晚）餐补助 2.每周双休，上班时间：早9:30-晚19:00，可提前1H弹性打卡；午休时间12:00-13:30 3.清晰的晋升通道/明确的培养计划/导师1对1学习，雏鹰计划/superman计划提供丰富的晋升通道
职位要求
1.本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、自动化、电子信息、车辆工程、通信工程等相关专业。 2.扎实的 Java 编程基础，深入理解面向对象设计、常用设计模式、集合框架、泛型 3.熟悉 JVM 原理，包括类加载机制、内存模型、垃圾回收、JIT 编译及常用 JVM 调优手段。 4.熟悉多线程与并发编程，掌握 synchronized、Lock、线程池、并发容器、CAS、AQS 等机制，具备实际并发问题排查经验。 5.熟悉常用数据结构和算法，具备良好的编码习惯和工程化思维。 6..熟悉网络编程与常用协议，如 TCP/IP、HTTP/HTTPS、WebSocket、MQTT 等。 7.了解常用 Java 框架，如 Spring Boot、Netty、OSGi 等，有实际项目使用经验者优先。 8.了解 Android 应用开发或 Android Framework 层原理，熟悉 Activity、Service、Binder、HAL 等机制者优先。 9.了解 Kotlin、JavaScript、Dart、C++ 等语言，具备多语言开发或互调经验者优先。
