Περίληψη:

Υπεύθυνος για ηλεκτρολογικές εγκαταστάσεις, καλωδιώσεις, συνδέσεις και συντήρηση σε συστήματα HVAC, πίνακες BMS και MCC, εξασφαλίζοντας ασφαλή και αξιόπιστη λειτουργία των ηλεκτρομηχανολογικών εγκαταστάσεων.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:

• Καλωδιώσεις και συνδέσεις κινητήρων, ρελέ, VFD, αισθητήρων και αυτοματισμών

• Υποστήριξη σε δοκιμές και θέση συστημάτων σε λειτουργία

• Εντοπισμός και αποκατάσταση ηλεκτρικών βλαβών

• Τήρηση προτύπων ασφαλείας και τεχνικής τεκμηρίωσης

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

• Πτυχίο ή Πιστοποίηση στην Ηλεκτρολογία

• 36 έτη εμπειρίας σε έργα HVAC, BMS, MCC

• Καλή γνώση σχεδίων, πινάκων ελέγχου και αυτοματισμών

• Ομαδικό πνεύμα, υπευθυνότητα και ακρίβεια

Τεχνικές Δεξιότητες:

• Εμπειρία σε έλξη καλωδίων, τοποθέτηση γκοφρέ, τερματισμούς και καλωδιώσεις πινάκων.

• Καλή γνώση εκκινητών κινητήρων (DOL, αστέρας-τρίγωνο, VFD), πινάκων HVAC και ρελέ.

• Εμπειρία σε BMS καλωδιώσεις για FCUs, AHUs, VAVs, ψύκτες και αισθητήρες.

• Ικανότητα ανάγνωσης ηλεκτρολογικών και BMS σχεδίων.



Προτιμώμενα (προαιρετικά):

• Άδεια ηλεκτρολόγου

• Εκπαίδευση σε BMS (π.χ. Siemens, Honeywell)

• Πιστοποίηση HSE / OSHA

Job Type: Full-time

Job Purpose:

To carry out electrical installation, wiring, termination, and maintenance for HVAC systems, BMS (Building Management System) control panels, and MCC (Motor Control Center) panels, ensuring safe and efficient operation of building systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Electrical Installation:

• Install conduit, trunking, cable trays, and wiring for HVAC equipment (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, exhaust fans, etc.).
• Wire and terminate electrical connections for MCC panels, including motors, contactors, overload relays, VFDs, and control circuits.
• Carry out electrical installation and termination for BMS control panels, field devices, and interlocking systems.
• Connect field devices like actuators, sensors, temperature probes, pressure switches, and flow meters to BMS panels.

2. Testing and Commissioning Support:

• Perform continuity and insulation resistance tests on electrical cables and control wiring.
• Support BMS team in point-to-point testing, functional testing, and control logic verification.
• Assist in testing and starting MCC equipment and HVAC systems under supervision.

3. Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

• Identify and fix electrical faults in HVAC equipment, MCC panels, and BMS control circuits.
• Replace faulty fuses, relays, actuators, and wiring as needed.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure proper operation of all connected devices.

4. Safety & Standards:

• Follow all electrical safety protocols and site HSE regulations.
• Ensure compliance with local electrical codes (e.g., IEC, NEC) and project specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and labeling in panels and junction boxes.

5. Coordination & Documentation:

• Coordinate with HVAC, BMS, and mechanical teams for integration and system interfaces.
• Maintain wiring diagrams, panel schedules, and field device documentation.
• Report daily work progress and issues to the electrical/BMS supervisor.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education:
• Diploma, or Technical Certificate in Electrical Installation or Equivalent.
• Experience:
• 3 - 6 years experience in electrical works related to HVAC systems, MCC panels, and BMS control wiring.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in cable pulling, glanding, termination, and panel wiring.
• Good knowledge of motor starters (DOL, star-delta, VFD), HVAC control panels, and relays.
• Experience with BMS control wiring for FCUs, AHUs, VAVs, chillers, and sensors.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and BMS wiring diagrams.
• Soft Skills:
• Detail-oriented, team player, good communication skills.

Preferred Certifications (Optional):

• Electrical License or Work Permit (as per local authority)
• BMS System Training (e.g., Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider, Johnson Controls)
• OSHA / HSE Safety Certification
