资深招聘 HR（海外）/ Senior Recruiter (International)

Responsibilities

1、负责海外岗位的招聘工作，覆盖需求沟通、人才画像、渠道拓展、主动寻访、面试协调、Offer 沟通及入职跟进等完整流程； 2、根据业务发展需要，拓展海外招聘渠道，包括 LinkedIn、海外招聘平台、技术社区、行业社群、猎头及内部推荐等； 3、负责海外人才 Mapping，关注 AI、3D、大模型、算法、产品及职能岗位的人才分布、流动趋势和市场情况； 4、与海外业务负责人及国内 HR 团队协作，准确理解岗位需求，持续优化招聘策略和候选人体验； 5、维护海外人才库和招聘数据，参与海外雇主品牌及人才吸引相关项目。 1. Own the full-cycle recruitment process for international roles, including stakeholder alignment, candidate profiling, channel development, proactive sourcing, interview coordination, offer discussions, and onboarding follow-up; 2. Develop and expand international recruiting channels based on business needs, including LinkedIn, international job boards, technical communities, industry networks, recruitment agencies, and employee referrals; 3. Conduct talent mapping for international markets, with a focus on talent distribution, mobility trends, and market insights across AI, 3D, large models, algorithms, product, and corporate functions; 4. Partner with international business leaders and the domestic HR team to understand hiring needs, continuously optimize recruitment strategies, and improve the candidate experience; 5. Maintain international talent pools and recruitment data, and participate in employer branding and talent attraction initiatives for international markets.

Qualifications

1、本科及以上学历，3 年以上招聘或人才寻访经验，有海外招聘、跨国公司或国际化团队招聘经验者优先； 2、熟悉欧美人才市场和招聘渠道，能够独立开展 LinkedIn 寻访、人才 Mapping 和候选人沟通； 3、英语为工作语言，具备良好的英文口语和书面沟通能力，能够独立进行英文面试及招聘沟通； 4、具备较强的人才判断、沟通协调和 Offer 谈判能力，能够理解不同岗位和候选人的核心诉求。 1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing. Experience in international recruitment, multinational companies, or global teams is preferred; 2. Familiar with talent markets and recruiting channels in Europe and North America, with the ability to independently conduct LinkedIn sourcing, talent mapping, and candidate communication; 3. English as a working language, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to conduct interviews and recruitment conversations independently in English; 4. Strong candidate assessment, communication, coordination, and offer negotiation skills, with the ability to understand the key motivations and needs of different roles and candidates.
