Ведение HR‑баз данных, файлов сотрудников и документации.
Участие в мероприятиях по адаптации новых сотрудников.
Помощь HR‑специалистам в ежедневных административных и операционных задачах.
Участие в HR‑инициативах, связанных с внутренними коммуникациями и вовлечённостью сотрудников.
Высшее образование или обучение в процессе по направлениям HR, психология, менеджмент или смежным областям.
Владение английским, узбекским и русским языками — уверенные письменные и устные навыки.
Интерес к HR‑сфере и желание изучать HR‑процессы и инструменты.
Внимательность, организованность и умение работать с информацией.
Опыт работы до 1 года в HR или административной сфере будет преимуществом.
Уверенное владение MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) и базовыми цифровыми инструментами.
