We’re looking for an A-player Growth Engineer who combines strong online marketing expertise with hands-on technical skills.

This is a builder + marketer role. You’ll own the full growth funnel — from driving awareness and traffic to converting users into paid subscribers, improving retention, and growing a two-sided marketplace.

🚨 CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS

🔹 Strong mastery of online marketing across multiple platforms

🔹 Proven ability to drive awareness, engagement and successful calls to action

🔹 Experience growing a B2C subscription, marketplace or consumer app

🔹 4+ years in growth engineering, growth marketing or a technical growth role

🔹 Hands-on JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS and SQL

🔹 Strong experience with A/B testing and experimentation

🔹 Experience with GA4, Mixpanel/Amplitude, Segment, HubSpot/Customer.io/Braze, Stripe and advertising platforms

🔹 Proven ability to manage CAC, LTV and profitable acquisition

🚀 WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Own growth from acquisition through subscription, retention and re-engagement
• Grow both sides of a marketplace: family traffic/engagement + advertiser revenue
• Build and launch A/B tests across landing pages, onboarding, pricing, checkout and lifecycle flows
• Scale Meta, Google, YouTube and LinkedIn acquisition
• Drive organic growth through SEO and high-intent content
• Build email, SMS and in-app lifecycle campaigns
• Own analytics, attribution and growth dashboards
• Build referral and viral growth loops
• Work directly with Product, Engineering and the CEO

⭐ NICE TO HAVE

Experience in healthtech, eldercare, caregiving, consumer AI, two-sided marketplaces or privacy-conscious marketing.
