岗位职责：

• 保证包装生产计划的正常运行，按时完成每天生产计划，协助领班完成各项目标，计划完成率达到目标要求。
• 严格按照相应包装WI和包装标准进行操作，带领车间其他员工严格按照安全要求及工艺要求进行操作。
• 严格按照要求完成各包装记录和辅助记录，及时地、准确地、清晰地、完整地、真实地记录本岗位工作相关记录。
• 严格遵守ＥＨＳ相关规定，按要求佩戴PPE，发现安全隐患及违规操作情况需及时汇报车间领班，保证车间无安全事故发生。
• 严格按要求完成包装流程中各步骤的首件检验或全检工作。
• 作为主操作员在严格按照设备操作SOP操作设备的同时，及时了解操作设备运行状况，对于运行不正常的设备状况进行汇总，及时向领班反馈。
• 确保所在区域内原物料或包材的领用数量及使用数量准确，没有人为原因产生账、物差异。
• 负责确保本岗位工作区域的操作台、设备、物料、包材等物品的标志标识正确、清晰，遵守本岗位5S规定和清场清洁规定，按要求执行各项清洁清扫活动，确保本岗位无污染、交叉污染及混淆风险。
• 积极对新员工进行培训，确保在试工期内达到独立操作的标准。
• 能在工作中发现一些改善空间，带领车间其他员工积极参与车间内改善项目，通过正常渠道对于工作指引及工作流程进行改善，与车间领班进行沟通。
• 工作过程中与其他同事共同总结经验，提炼更好的工作方法。
• 领班不在的情况下代理领班职务，完成工作。
• 按要求完成上级领导交代的其它工作

任职资格

• 中技以上文化程度
• 车间内有丰富工作经验，可以胜任所在车间的每个手工操作或设备操作岗位的工作，能够独立进行工作。
• 准确掌握GP和PP包装各步骤操作方法，熟悉相关包装设备工作原理和操作方法
• 熟悉GP和PP各型号相关产品标准和包装标准。
• 熟悉包装过程中对产品外观检查的方法和标准
• 可以使用基础office办公软件。
