Senior Order to Cash Specialist – Kickstart Your Finance Career! 💰🌍

As a Senior O2C Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind the end-to-end Order-to-Cash cycle — from order management to collections and reporting.

You’ll ensure process excellence, compliance, and efficiency, while mentoring junior colleagues and implementing improvements that boost business performance and optimize working capital. 🚀

🔧 Your Key Responsibilities

• ✔️ Lead and manage daily O2C operations: order entry, billing, collections, cash application, and dispute resolution.
• ✔️ Prepare and review AR aging reports; develop effective collection strategies to reduce DSO.
• ✔️ Manage relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, resolving escalations and negotiating payment terms.
• ✔️ Ensure compliance with audit, SOX, IFRS, and internal control standards.
• ✔️ Drive automation, standardization, and process improvement initiatives.
• ✔️ Support month-end and quarter-end closings, reconciliations, and management reporting.
• ✔️ Mentor and train junior team members to strengthen O2C expertise within the team.
• ✔️ Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Treasury, Tax, and Logistics departments. 🤝

🎓 Your Profile

• Fluent in German
• Excellent written and spoken English (C1)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• 5–7 years of experience in O2C / Accounts Receivable / Finance Operations, including 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role
• In-depth understanding of O2C processes, financial controls, and compliance frameworks
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Workday).
• Proven exposure to global environments and multi-currency operations
• Advanced Excel and reporting abilities.
