The Frame Engineer is responsible for structural design validation, material analysis, feasibility assessments, and production coordination to ensure compliance with company’s quality, safety, and comfort standards.
[眼镜工程设计] 根据产品需求,参与设计眼镜的结构,包含各种材质和结构组合以及铰链结构,确保结构在轻量化、强度和可靠性之间达到平衡。
[人体工学适配管理] 基于各区域市场用户的面部特征,与专业团队制定适合的人体工学参数,确保产品的配戴舒适度高。
[精密零件开发与容差分析] 负责眼镜零部件的开发和公差管理,确保各部件之间的装配精度和一致性,提升产品整体可靠性及批量生产的可行性。
[材料与制造工艺选择] 根据产品需求,选择适合的高性能材料(如高强度塑料、钛合金等),并制定相应的制造工艺(如CNC、注塑、激光焊接等),确保产品在结构强度、重量及成本控制方面的良好表现。
[结构模块的DFM/DFMEA分析] 主导产品的设计可制造性(DFM)和设计失效模式与效应分析(DFMEA),与制造团队合作优化设计,确保产品结构设计适合大规模量产,提前识别并规避潜在的制造问题。
[原型设计与验证] 主导手样和工程样品的结构验证,制定可靠性测试方案,涵盖跌落测试、疲劳测试、温湿度循环测试等,及时分析故障模式并提供结构改进方案。
[多团队协作与技术支持] 与CEF、产品设计、品控、工艺制造及供应链团队密切合作,提供结构技术支持,确保整镜装配与整体结构设计无缝整合。
[持续优化和量产支持] 支持产品的试产与量产过程,快速响应并解决工艺及结构相关问题,持续优化产品设计,提高生产效率与良品率,确保量产的顺利进行。
【经验】
结构设计经验:5年以上机械结构设计经验,眼镜行业品牌方相关经验者优先。
【技能】
• 精密结构设计能力:精通精密机械设计及公差分析,有复杂组件设计及结构优化的实战经验。
• 测试与与分析工具:熟练眼镜各关键器件属性,可以独立安排结构类测试及分析。
• 材料与工艺知识:对各种高分子材料、金属材料的性能有深刻理解,精通注塑成型、冲压、CNC加工等制造工艺。
• 沟通与团队协作:具备跨部门协作经验,能够清晰表达结构设计方案,并协调各方资源推动项目进展。
• 问题解决能力:拥有较强的结构故障分析与解决能力,能够快速响应并高效解决设计、生产中的技术难题。
【教育】机械工程、材料工程、工业设计或相关领域的本科及以上学历,硕士优先。

[Precision Component Development & Tolerance Analysis]
Lead the development of precision components, ensuring assembly accuracy and consistency through meticulous tolerance analysis.
[Material Selection & Manufacturing Processes]
Select appropriate high-performance materials (e.g., high-strength plastics, titanium) and manufacturing processes such as CNC, injection molding, and laser welding.
[DFM/DFMEA Analyses]
Conduct Design for Manufacturability and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis to optimize mass production designs.
[Prototype & Testing Management]
Oversee prototype validation and testing processes, including drop, fatigue, and environmental tests, adjusting structural designs based on test outcomes.
[Cross-functional Collaboration]
Closely collaborate with product design, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain teams, providing technical support.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
5+ years experience in structural engineering, eyewear industry preferred.
Expertise in precision component design, materials science, manufacturing processes, and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent cross-team communication skills, proactive and adaptable.
