【工作內容】
1.6個月專屬培訓制度，陪同理財專員並扮演第三方專業意見的顧問角色，結合市場趨勢分析、客戶理財需求分析、投資/保險規劃策略、以及整合性家庭財富管理等專業知識，提供客戶金融專業諮詢服務。
2.前半年先在南港總行培訓，通過專業檢測後分發區域(視意願及人力缺口安排) 。
