We’re looking for a motivated Flemish-speaking Telesales Agent to join an international and fast-growing team in this amazing city.

πŸš€ Your Role

As a Telesales Agent, you play a key role in closing sales remotely. Leads have already shown interest β€” your mission is to follow up, understand customer needs, and turn interest into commitment.

Sometimes a field visit has already taken place, and you’ll focus on closing the offer. Other times, you’ll take the lead by analyzing the customer’s situation and recommending the best solution.

πŸ“ž Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to warm leads

  • Follow up on existing offers and close deals

  • Analyze customer needs and provide suitable solutions

  • Present attractive offers and tailored discounts

  • Handle objections with confidence and professionalism

  • Build trust and long-term customer relationships remotely

  • Work with sales scripts while adapting to each customer

  • Track results and work with sales KPIs

😊Your Profile

  • Experience in a call center or similar customer service role is a plus.

  • Excellent social and communication skills.

  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.

  • Flexible and resilient in a changing work environment.

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.

  • Fluency in Flemish and English is required; knowledge of French or Spanish is a plus.
