Job Information

Job Responsibilities:

1.著重企業內部的銷貨成本控制，對各種已發生或將發生銷貨成本之規劃、預算、執行、記錄、報告與分析
2. 確保公司有效經營，及財務資訊之正確性
3. 處理進口或國內物料貨款相關費用、供應商往來相關帳務處理，並確保其正確性
4. 提供主管預算之編製與管理、每月成本結算分析報表編製及回饋
5. 審核公司內部銷貨成本(food cost)相關帳務

【Key Responsibilities 】
1. 日常會計分錄及財務相關作業:
　－進口貨款相關費用、供應商往來相關帳務處理 (倉儲、物流配送、庫存盤點相關作業)
　－門市成本及相關費用帳務審核 (進、退貨及庫存盤點相關帳務處理).
2. 與門市、廠商成本銷貨成本相關問題協助排除及溝通
3. 月結作業
4. 年度結帳以及總倉盤點作業等.

【Cost report & Analysis】
1. 每月成本結算
2. 存貨評價、營業成本表、進銷存表...等成本管理報表編製
3. 協助門市檢視W+L成因並提供相關報告、差異分析及財務建議

【Budgeting & Latest Forecast & ad-hoc 】
1. 與供應採購部協作，完成COS、倉儲物流配送等相關費用預算編製與差異評估分析。
2. 處理成本相關ad-hoc專案。

Requirements:

1.Minimum education requirement

ŸBachelor’s degree in business / Finance / Accounting related field.

2.Relevant experience and minimum years required

ŸAt least 1 - 2 years in finance or accounting position

3.Basic skills requirements

ŸLanguage: Good command in Chinese; Basic English

ŸComputer: Proficient PC skills (MS Office related application especially in Excel) SAP.

D365 & Power BI system experience preferred.

4.Special competence required

ŸHas a degree in accounting or financial administration

ŸOrganized and detail-oriented personality

ŸLogical thinking and good communication skill

ŸIs proficient with excel, including pivot tables

ŸIs a motivated and proactive team player, well collaborated
