【職務說明】
加入研華，您將扮演關鍵角色，協助企業客戶導入智慧化解決方案，讓創新技術真正落地應用！
此職位結合「技術專業」與「現場實踐」的挑戰性，您將深入了解多元產業，與跨部門專業團隊協作，共同打造智慧應用平台。
【工作內容】
(1) 熟悉公司各式產業應用解決方案之軟、硬體產品，例如：各式產業應用電腦之主板、系統、AI整合產品 (ARM&x86皆有)，
以及研華開發與代理的各式軟體產品，例如Microsoft Windows, Trellix, Acronis, WisePaaS/DeviceOn等。
(2) Pre-Sales_推薦並協助業務銷售前的樣品組裝測試，包含客戶所需作業系統與各式週邊，教授並技轉相關產品所需應用知識給予客戶，以便能順利導入產品。
(3) Pose-Sales_協助並釐清客戶在實際應用上所反應的需求與問題，並提供適合的解決方案與建議，給予客戶良好的使用體驗與服務。
(4) 教育訓練與各項專題活動的支援。
【職務條件】
(1) 大學以上工程相關科系畢業。
(2) 對於客戶技術服務有高度熱忱。
(3) 熟悉軟體程式語言編寫( C , C# ,Python , etc.) 。
(4) 熟悉X86電腦架構及Window作業系統。
(5) 具備汽機車駕照。
(6) 能配合國內出差，協助客戶產品使用技術問題，包含客戶所需作業系統與各式週邊相容性組態驗證，教授並技轉相關產品所需應用知識提升客戶滿意度 。
(7) 協助台灣區教育訓練與行銷展廠活動支援。
【A Plus】
(1) 熟悉各種IOT裝置應用，具軟硬體整合技術能力。
(2) 熟悉一般常用的AI軟體/遠端軟體的操作有助於工作進行。
