Τεχνικός Υδραυλικών Ψύξης/Θέρμανσης FCUs & Ψύκτες

Τμήμα:

Περίληψη:

Υπεύθυνος για την εγκατάσταση, δοκιμή και συντήρηση σωληνώσεων ψυχρού/θερμού νερού, μονάδων FCU, ψυκτών και συναφών εξαρτημάτων, σύμφωνα με τα τεχνικά σχέδια και τα πρότυπα ασφαλείας.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:

• Εγκατάσταση δικτύων CHW/HW, σύνδεση FCUs & ψυκτών

• Υδροστατικές δοκιμές, έκπλυση και υποστήριξη στη θέση σε λειτουργία

• Διάγνωση διαρροών, αντικατάσταση εξαρτημάτων, καθαρισμός φίλτρων

• Συνεργασία με ομάδες HVAC, BMS & ηλεκτρολόγους

Προσόντα:

• Δίπλωμα Τεχνικού Μηχανολογίας ή Υδραυλικών

• 2-5 έτη εμπειρίας σε έργα FCU/Chiller

• Γνώση σχεδίων HVAC & εργαλείων υδραυλικών

• Ομαδικότητα & προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια

Τεχνικές Δεξιότητες:

• Κατανόηση σωληνώσεων και διατάξεων βαλβίδων FCUs/ψυκτών.

• Πείρα σε δοκιμές πίεσης, εξαερισμό και έκπλυση κλειστών κυκλωμάτων.

• Ικανότητα ανάγνωσης μηχανολογικών σχεδίων HVAC.

• Χρήση εργαλείων υδραυλικών και οργάνων μέτρησης.

Job Title: Chilled/Heating Plumbing Technician FCUs & Chillers

Department: Mechanical (HVAC/Plumbing)

Reports To: HVAC Supervisor / Mechanical Engineer

Job Type: Full-time

Job Purpose:

To perform installation, testing, and maintenance of chilled and heating water piping systems, fan coil units (FCUs), chillers, pumps, valves, and associated components in accordance with design specifications, project standards, and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Installation:

• Install chilled water (CHW) and heating water (HW) piping systems for FCUs, AHUs, chillers, and pumps.
• Connect FCUs and chillers to main piping systems, including the installation of flexible hoses, control valves, strainers, pressure gauges, and air vents.
• Fit insulation, pipe supports, and brackets for hot and cold water lines as per approved shop drawings.
• Carry out pipe threading, grooving, welding, soldering, and brazing for copper, steel, and PPR piping as needed.

2. Testing and Commissioning Support:

• Perform hydrostatic pressure testing for chilled and heating water pipelines.
• Assist in flushing and chemical cleaning of closed-loop piping systems.
• Support the commissioning team in system balancing, valve calibration, and sensor installation.

3. Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

• Diagnose and repair leaks, clogged lines, or faulty connections in CHW/HW piping.
• Replace damaged control valves, actuators, and flexible hoses.
• Periodically check and maintain cleanliness of strainers and pressure gauges.

5. Coordination:

• Work closely with HVAC, electrical, and BMS teams during installation and testing phases.
• Report daily work progress and issues to supervisors and document completed work.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education:
• Diploma in Mechanical, Plumbing, or HVAC Systems.
• Experience:
• Minimum 2 - 5 years experience in chilled water and heating system installations, particularly for FCUs and chillers.
• Technical Skills:
• Knowledge of FCU/chiller piping connection details and valve arrangements.
• Experience with pressure testing, air venting, and flushing of closed-loop systems.
• Ability to interpret piping layouts and HVAC mechanical drawings.
• Skilled in using plumbing tools and testing instruments.
• Soft Skills:
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.

Preferred Certifications (Optional):

• HVAC Technician Certification (if available)
• Health & Safety (HSE, OSHA, or equivalent training)
• Training in Hydronic Systems or Chilled Water Applications
