Maintenance Technician – Multiple Opportunities

Location: Smyrna, TN

Schedule: Full-Time | On-Site | Mon-Thur Night Shift

Overview

An advanced manufacturing facility is hiring Production Maintenance Technicians to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automated manufacturing equipment in a highly automated production environment. This role supports equipment reliability and minimizes production downtime.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair automated production equipment, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and controls systems.
• Diagnose faults involving PLCs, HMIs, sensors, motor drives, and other electronic systems.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Read electrical schematics and equipment drawings to identify and resolve problems.
• Document maintenance activities using a CMMS/work-order system.
• Follow safety procedures, including lockout/tagout.

Requirements

• Industrial maintenance experience supporting automated manufacturing equipment.
• Hands on experience troubleshooting PLCs and other electronic control systems required.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Ability to read schematics and use maintenance work-order systems.
