1.Technical Tasks: Responsible for the overall technical realization with AI for different applications. Utilize AI to empower the technology and product development in R&D area. Define technical implementation roadmap with foresight and technical feasibility
2.Project Implementation: From technical side lead and participate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of AI projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and continuous optimization
3.Project Guidance: Resolve technical challenges in projects and provide technical guidance and advice to project team. Continuously optimize the development process throughout project execution.
4.Track Technology Trend and Drive for Innovation: Track the latest trends of AI technologies, explore and identify synergies between AI and R&D, and drive the applications of cutting-edge technologies to foster innovation
5.Cross-Department Collaboration: Act as the technical interface for efficient communication and cooperation with HQ and internal teams (such as Group IT, Operations Digitalization & IT, etc.), and also with suppliers, and partners.
6.Coordination with Headquarters: Work with the corresponding teams at headquarters to align on technical progress and global / regional solutions.
1.Educational Background: AI, Computer science, Data science, or related fields.
2.Work Experience: Over 3 years of relevant experience in AI field, with at least 2 years of experience in AI application, large model application projects, even better with experience in the practical application of AI for R&D related areas.
3.Technical Skills:
- Deep understanding of AI / large model principles, proficiency in at least one deep learning framework (such as TensorFlow/PyTorch).
- Familiarity with key technologies such as NLP, Model Optimization, RAG, Agents, and prompt engineering.
- Excellent Python programming skills with strong software design and development capabilities.
- Familiarity with mainstream data architectures, IT technology architectures and cloud services.
4.Team Collaboration: Strong teamwork and communication skills, able to effectively address technical and business challenges.
5.Research Ability: Ability to drive technological innovation and cutting-edge research, promoting technical advancement and application in AI within the team.
6.Others: Proficiency in English, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
